No AuthorityFolks don't take kindly to her sort 'round these parts. If Dune City was controlled by the Morochey Alliance, then everyone in that crowd would pretty much be going to jail. Since Dune City is outside Sky Watch's jurisdiction, however, there's not much Rikana can really do about this. Sure, she could contact the local authorities and try to get them busted for assault or something, but there are things pertaining to her mission that would make it unwise to get local law enforcement involved. |
