Adding Insult to Injury
Invoking his clan and his status is basically a way of taking a shot at him and everyone who knows him. It's like saying "You suck, your clan sucks, your mentors sucked, and anyone you train is gonna' suck. You fail at life, and you're taking your whole clan with you." It's a nice sentiment, right? It's also a huge insult to a Morochey's honor.
